The general idea
Studies conducted by Erasmus University showed a positive relation between students with high response times and students with high study results.


Studies by the University of Leiden showed that students with sleeping disorders have problems with their study results.

Do you get better results if you sleep better? Or maybe: Are you a morning or an evening student?

The MyRhytm App is an app that measures sleeping behavior and correlates sleeping behavior with study results.

This is based on studies that show a correlation between sleep and response time. So if you know your response time, if you know your sleeping patterns and if you know how your sleep is influencing your response time.

Maybe this will help you to become a MyRhytm4better student.

The MyRhytm App has created some challenges for a student to measure the response time during the day. It also uses the data from a FitBit to monitor the sleeping patterns of a student. By combining the data the MyRhytm App is able to provide the student with some advice.
